Judicial Survey

The Probate Court conducts an evaluation process of its appointed judge(s). The purpose is to seek constructive input for evaluating the important work performed by all appointed judges. This evaluation is intended to help the Probate Court assess the judicial performance of its appointees. 
 
Like the judicial evaluation process in many other states, your completed questionnaire is confidential, as you are not requested to identify yourself.

Evaluations received by the below deadline date will be tallied. Summary results will be shared with the Judges of the Probate Court. We appreciate your help and assistance in this matter.
