Washington Opportunity Networks (WON) is an initiative in partnership with the Washington Department of Commerce that will identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen Washington’s small business ecosystem. WON will catalyze connections between small business entrepreneurs, technical assistance providers, and investors, with an emphasis on strengthening pathways for entrepreneurs from under-resourced communities to access capital and supportive resources. 

We are conducting a landscape scan to understand the current capabilities and scope of services of technical assistance organizations that serve small businesses; we know that technical assistance providers are vital members of the small business financial ecosystem.
