2016 Distinguished Leadership Awards Nomination Form

Leadership Tallahassee is seeking nominations for the 2016 Distinguished Leadership Awards to be held September 15, 2016 at the newly renovated University Center Club on the campus of FSU. The awards ceremony is in its 22nd year and honors deserving leaders in four categories. Nominations for Leadership Pacesetter, Servant Leadership and Leader of the Year Awards.

Current elected officials holding office are ineligible for nomination. Posthumous nominations are not accepted.

The Distinguished Leadership Awards event is Leadership Tallahassee’s major community fundraiser, with proceeds to fund the Youth Leadership Tallahassee program.

Leadership Tallahassee's mission is to cultivate a diverse network of emerging and experienced leaders committed to improving the community.

LEADERSHIP PACESETTER AWARD: This individual is blazing a trail for others to follow by quickly engaging in community leadership activities – and achieving tangible results – as a relative newcomer to Tallahassee or at a relatively young age. Individuals with less than 10 years of community involvement would be eligible for this award.
