Washington State Agricultural Viability Survey: Farmworkers & Worker Representatives

Take this survey if you are a farmworker or farmworker representative.

The Washington State Department of Agriculture invites you to participate in this survey being distributed to farm workers throughout the state. Your responses will play a critical role in shaping Phase 2 of our Agricultural Viability report. The information gathered will help WSDA better understand the challenges farm workers face in the workplace and the impacts of those challenges on workplace performance and everyday life.
