Call for Vendor Speakers | 340B Coalition Winter Conference 2019

January 30 to February 1, 2019 | San Diego, CA

The 340B Coalition is committed to providing high quality educational content for the more than 1500 attendees who attend each of our conferences. We are pleased to offer the opportunity for vendors to share their insights, best practices, and lessons learned from working with clients in our Lessons from the Field sessions. Please note that these sessions are educational in nature and is not intended for the promotion of products or services.

There will be five speakers slots available and each speaker will present for approximately 13 minutes with Q&A at the end of the session. If you are a vendor or 340B service provider interested in applying to speak at the 15th Annual 340B Coalition Winter conference, please complete the Call for Vendor Speakers form by August 1, 2018 for consideration.

The conference will take place from January 30 to February 1 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, CA.

Rules for participant presentations:

340B policy and practice should be the focus of your presentation.
All presentations must be educational in nature to meet CE requirements.
Organizations may not single out other vendors.

If your organization would like to participate, please submit a brief proposal or outline that focuses on one or more the following learning objectives:

340B as it relates to compliance, operations, or oversight
Best practices based on your extensive experience with the 340B program
Perspectives on current developments in 340B

If selected to be a speaker at the 340B Coalition Winter Conference, you will be required to submit the following:

Speaker Confirmation Agreement
Two (2) continuing education forms for the CE provider
Current resume or CV for the CE provider
Your bio and photo for the conference app
Cell phone number (to be used only for contact on-site during the conference)
Slide deck no less than 3 weeks prior to the event (if applicable)
