Resilience Rising is conducting a market study on the need for climate resilience design guidelines and standards for buildings. Building industry stakeholders are increasingly recognizing and preparing for physical risks posed by extreme weather events and other natural hazards at both individual asset and portfolio scales. Therefore, agreed-upon standards and metrics for integrating enhanced climate resilience design and achieving market-facing validation for these actions may be needed.

To help our team understand how practitioners are integrating resilience into their work and the potential market for a third-party building-scale resilience certification system, we would appreciate your time taking 10-15 minutes to complete this survey. We will be publishing a report that summarizes our findings and would be happy to share a copy with you if you include your email address in Question 20.

Submissions are due November 3rd. Thank you in advance for sharing your insights. Should you have questions, please contact Sophie Bedecarré Ernst at sophie.bedecarre.ernst@resiliencerisingglobal.org
