Stories on Patient/Provider Experience with UHCCP Prior-Authorization Process

We need personal stories about patients that had a negative consequence because of the prior authorization process. The negative consequence could be a decline in function due to delay of care, the need to take prescription opioid medication due to the delay, and/or the parental or patient frustration with navigating the many requirements of the new authorization system, to name a few. In addition, we need the impact that the delay has had on the therapist and clinic - the hoops and hurdles the clinic had to do in order to provide the needed services to the beneficiary.
