This survey is being conducted by the Aiken Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Services and The S.A.F.E. Team of Aiken County (Substance Abuse Free Environment). The results of the survey will help Aiken County, as well as groups in other cities and states, address underage drinking and other important health issues in local communities. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
It will ask you your perceptions about Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and underage drinking in Aiken County.
Please complete this survey only if you are a resident of Aiken County, work in Aiken County, or attend school in Aiken County. Aiken County cities and towns include Aiken, Burnettown/Graniteville, Jackson, Monetta/Ridge Spring, New Ellenton, North Augusta, Perry, Salley, Wagener, and Windsor.
There are no risk to you in completing the survey. Your responses will not be connected to you, and they will remain anonymous. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. There are no right or wrong answers. If you are unsure how to respond to any questions, please mark your best guess.
