EDGE is interested in better evaluating the impact of its work in supporting innovative social ministries within the United Church of Canada. An evaluation framework was developed in partnership with Eco-ethonomics, a consulting firm with expertise in social change evaluation. The following survey aims to understand how innovative new ministries impact individual communities of faith, their neighbourhoods and the UCC as a whole.
For the purpose of this survey, assume a ministry leader is someone (a member or non-member) from your congregation who has taken initiative to start a new project and/or develop new ministries.
