Allyn Molina  | Editorial Director,  John Wiley & Sons

She oversees a program of nearly 200 journals across Life, Physical, Health and Social Sciences. Allyn has worked in academic publishing for over ten years in a variety of roles. She began her career in editorial operations at Elsevier where she worked with journal editors, authors and reviewers to coordinate the peer review process from submission through publication. The valuable insights she gained led her to develop and apply training programs for authors based in developing markets while overseeing Elsevier's materials science program. She joined Wiley in 2013 and currently leads a team of colleagues covering a range of editorial and operational activities across subscription and Open Access titles. Allyn is dedicated to ensuring Wiley's commitment to provide a world-class service to authors and to evolving publishing practices to meet the needs of future generations of researchers.
