Thank you for participating in the Women’s Health Coalition Patient Experience Survey.
 
Context: This survey is examining health system experiences from the perspective of the clients/patients and practitioners.
 
Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to understand gaps between clients’ expectations and provincial health system practices.    In addition, it is foundational to identifying barriers, gaps and best practices that influence access to gynecological health supports throughout Canada.   
 
Survey outcomes: 
  • Understanding wait time conditions
  • Identify best practices that facilitate timely access to gynecological health
  • Identify information/navigation weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
 
This exploratory survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will be used to identify areas for further study.
 
All responses are anonymized.  Highlights of the survey will be available to the public (Fall 2023).  Comprehensive study results will be available to members of the Women's Health Coalition.
