For many years the City of St. Charles Public Works Department has taken the safety of its employees very seriously.  In the last few years, it has developed a variety of programs and committees to continue its quest in improving the organization’s safety record.

In an effort to continue to improve the effectiveness of safety committees, its members made a decision to survey the safety programs of other local municipalities and organizations.  What is working for you? What has been the most effective? How often do you meet? What efforts are you taking to keep your employees safe? How do you conduct your safety committees? What is discussed, etc.?

We would appreciate you participating in this survey. Your comments on your organization’s safety committee will be valuable to all who are interested in keeping our employees safe. The survey consists of 22 multiple choice questions and should take only minutes to fill out. There are comment fields in which you could be more specific with your answers, if you choose to do so.  Remember, the more information we receive the more valuable the information will be to all.
