Thank you so much for taking the time to participate in this survey.

As a young woman studying advertising, I noticed early on through shows like Mad Men and books on the industry predominantly written by men, advertising hasn't always been a woman's game. When I found out the number of female creative directors had passed 20 percent in just the past few years, I wanted that to mean something to people. I wanted it to mean something to me, and other students like me. This project is aiming to create a network between accomplished ad women and aspiring ad women, to provide inspiration, connection and advice to finally solidify that advertising is a women's club too.

I am so excited to get this project off the ground, and your input is incredibly helpful in allowing me to create a website that best serves all young advertising women. Your thoughts and responses are greatly appreciated.
