We know that students in need of individualized accommodation face ongoing instances of exclusion from school, including many who miss out on full days of school due to lack of resources, yet the extent to which this is tracked by the government is unclear.

This survey is designed to crowd-source data for submission to the Supreme Court of Yukon* in support of an application seeking clarification surrounding what departmental statistics may be relevant to this discriminatory phenomenon.
