Poster Session Submission Form- 2020 NMAEYC Annual Conference |
1. General Information
We invite you to send us a proposal to present a poster session at our 2020 Annual Conference.
These sessions will be conducted on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the Albuquerque Convention Center between 1-2 pm (after the Luncheon). Presenters should plan to present for 10-15 minutes with time for questions and should plan to repeat their presentation 3-4 times within the poster session time
Submissions will be accepted until January 16 at 11:59 pm. We will be accepting proposals on a rolling basis, so please submit as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest, support, and willingness to share your knowledge.
If your proposal is accepted, the Presenter will receive free conference registration for Saturday (lunch not included). If your proposal is not accepted, we will honor Early Bird Registration rates.

The session may address all areas of early childhood, preferably relevant to our theme and content pillars. NMAEYC is looking for a diverse selection of sessions this year to support the different areas of the field that work with all age groups, all types of professionals and in all settings.
