$100 Phone Study Question Title * 1. During the trial, we will ask you to perform a small number of tasks using a telephone customer service line. You will be asked a number of questions about what you thought about it and how you think it could be improved. We are just interested in finding out how usable it is and how we might be able to improve it. You won’t be asked for any personal information during the session and all information you provide will be treated confidentially. The trial will be conducted over the telephone on Dec 3rd and 6th and will take approximately one hour. You will be able to participate from any phone you can access for an uninterrupted hour.
