ASEE’s KnowlEDGE Initiative (NSF Award No. EES-2204520) is a five-year extension of ASEE’s Engineering Deans Gender Equity (EDGE) Initiative (NSF Award No. EES-1760002).

The goal of KnowlEDGE is to align engineering systems of accreditation, professional societies, and academic colleges and departments, to ensure the inclusive and equitable success of diverse women engineers. Inclusion of diverse women faculty advances engineering disciplinary excellence in a way that a homogenous professoriate cannot.
