The Town of Kingsville is reviewing Traffic and Zoning By-Law Regulations pertaining to the parking of recreational vehicles and trailers on roadways and residential driveways.  For the purposes of this survey, a recreational vehicle includes boats, campers, RV's, personal watercraft, all-terrain vehicles, and snowmobiles.

The Traffic By-Law states:
No person shall park commercial/personal trailers, boats or recreational vehicles on any roadway overnight and not more than five (5) hours during the day.

The Zoning By-Law states:
1) Recreational vehicles shall only be permitted to be stored in the rear yard or interior side yard of the residence;
2) Notwithstanding Item 1, a recreational vehicle may be parked on the subject property in the driveway associated with the residence for a maximum of 5 consecutive days for three separate times over the calendar year beginning in January to the end of December and for the purposes of cleaning or stocking the vehicle.

The Town is seeking your feedback as it will play a role in possibly amending the aforementioned by-laws.  Your response is greatly appreciated.
