Thank you for taking the time to participate in the Kin Awareness Survey. This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes of your time.
The purpose of this survey is to help the Club Support Committee understand the general level of inclusion and diversity awareness throughout Kin Canada as a whole. This information will influence projects to be worked on in the future and the current Inclusion education that is being worked on for Kin-U.
This survey is based on an existing diversity and cultural awareness survey and research conducted by Dr. Jon Warner and helps to measure individual’s awareness of differences in a population and helps to assess level of commitment to diversity.
Please read through the following 48 quick questions and answer based on your initial honest feeling on the scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree.
