Thank you for taking part in the Kidney Beam wellbeing pilot. This pre-pilot survey will help us to collect some information about you, and your health, that will be used to see how useful the pilot programme has been for people living with kidney disease.
This information will also help us to shape the platform to suit the needs of the kidney community, and help us organise further funding to support Kidney Beam.
By doing this survey, you consent to allowing your anonymous answers to be included in publications, like medical journals. These will be written by a research team, with help from Beam and Kidney Research UK.
