Parent/Guardian Permission: Each youth applying MUST have parent/guardian permission to submit an application and participate in the BizKids Holiday Market as a Kid Vendor. Any applications submitted without the mandatory parent/guardian permission will automatically be declined. Applying Kid Vendors must be between the age of 7-16 years at time of event.

Application Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026 or until the event is full.

Notification of Application Status: Build a Biz Kids will review applications IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED, HOWEVER NO RESPONSES will be provided until after September 7, 2026 . If you apply after Sept 7, you will receive a reply within 7 business days or less.

Confirming Your Booth: All approved applicants will be required to have their parent/guardian complete & sign the BizKids Market Participant Liability & Media Waivers to confirm their booth within 7 days of their approval email.
The $20 Table fee will be collected on the day of the event from each KidPreneur directly as a part of their real-world experience.

IF YOU DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR APPROVAL EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS, your table will be given to the next child on the waitlist.
Please ensure you add all emails from Info@buildabizkids.com and Leah@buildabizkids.com to your approved sender list, or check your SPAM folder regularly.

How To Make a Strong Application: BizKids Markets attract around 10,000 attendees and are 6-7 hours long. It is important that you and your business are ready for this kind of event.

To ensure your application is strong, please attach pictures of your products that are packaged or complete and ready to sell. Pictures of your table display are also strongly encouraged, especially if you are requesting an 8ft table. Your table display can be a mock display or pictures from a previous event.

Failure to provide photos that demonstrate you and your product are customer ready may result in a declined application or follow up questions which can delay your approval.

PLEASE NOTE - Some product categories FILL UP within the first couple days or weeks of applications opening. We strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible to ensure your application can be considered.

Photos are important to your application. If you do not have pictures of your finished products or table display yet, we would encourage you to get those first before applying. Applications without photos of their products ready to sell will not be considered.

25. Each approved BizKids Vendor will receive a 4ft table to display their products on the day of the event.

Limited 8ft tables are available and will be offered based on application strength and the KidPreneurs Experience. Would you like your business to be considered for an 8ft table?

Please Note: If you request an 8ft table, you will need to have strong photos included in your application to demonstrate that your products and experience can support an 8ft table display. We may ask follow up questions about your experience or for additional photos.

  • I commit to ensuring my child watches the online Uplevelling Workshop that will be provided upon approval of their application.
  • I commit to my child attending the BizKids Summer Market Event on November 28, 2026 as a youth vendor from 10am until 6pm.
  • Build a Biz Kids may email me all event related material preparing my child for the BizKids Holiday Market.
  • I confirm that my child is the sole owner and operator of their business and that no individual over the age of 16 will be involved in the running of their business at the event.
  • I commit to signing and sending back both the liability and media waivers for my child within 7 day of their approval to the event and understand that failure to do so will result in their child no longer being able to participate in the event as a Kid Vendor.
