Keizer Strategic Plan for the Future Survey

 

The City of Keizer is developing a Strategic Plan for the Future to guide the organization in serving the community over the next five years.

As we plan our future, we want to uphold our values of service, community pride, and respect for all people. We want to develop goals to meet the current and future needs of our community and organization to ensure Keizer is a great city to live, work, play, and visit for all.

Please take a moment to answer a few questions and share your ideas for the future of Keizer. We sincerely value your input. Your ideas will help shape the future of our community.

All community members who complete the survey and provide contact information will have a chance to win a $100 gift card to a local Keizer business of your choice. The survey will close on June 16th and we will notify the winner in July.
