The Board and staff are exploring different strategies to support our members and ensure that Kehilla remains fiscally sound to be there for all of us in the year(s) ahead. We know that there are some of you who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 and shelter-in-place orders and others who may not be experiencing financial hardship. Our goal is to better understand the overall status of our community and build in strategies to support one another and our planning.

The questions below will help us plan for changes in members' capacity to pay dues and/or tuition, and to donate at different times during the year. We are also looking to see if there are members who may be able to contribute more to support those who can't.

Based on what we learn, we will look at different strategies to cover our expenses. What is most important is to ensure that each and every one of us continues to be engaged in Kehilla in all of the ways that matter most to us.

As a reminder, the Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund can help with modest financial challenges. If your resources are stretched thin because of the Coronavirus, or just life, and you need a little help to get by, please reach out to Rabbi Dev at RabbiDev@KehillaSynagogue.org.
