Online Submission Form


This online submission form will ask questions about your chapter/colony
and verify your actual roll of members.


To complete the Roster Report, you will need the following information:
  - The chapter/colony mailing address, chapter/colony's physical address, phone number(s), and website address

  - A roster of all active, intitiated brothers including each man's email address & telephone number (REQUIRED)

  - A list of dues owed for each brother who is not returning to school this semester (Spring 2017).

 - Your chapter/colony's recruitment goal for this school year.


NOTE: It will be best to complete the online submission at one time. However, if you need to leave the process we encourage you to use the same computer when you return. This will increase the possibility of picking up where you left off (depending on your system, recent updates, etc.)
