Welcome to being a Rapid Response Organizer at Kadlec! You and your fellow RROs will be conducting the assessments to determine if Kadlec nurses are strike ready.

4.Are you interested in learning more about a Rapid Response Lead role? The Lead will provide guidance to Rapid Response Organizers and keep track of their progress. Training for both of the Lead role and the Organizer role will be provided at the dates/times above, so there won’t be any additional training involved. Time commitment will be roughly the same as the Organizer role.
