2027 Regional ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL of the Year Nomination

The Regional Assistant Principal of the Year Awards are designed to recognize outstanding assistant principals in Alaska for their leadership in their district and region in Alaska.

To be considered for Region Assistant Principal of the Year, the nominee:
  • Must be a current assistant principal in a school in Alaska containing some configuration of grades 6-12 at the time of selection.
  • Must be a current individual active member of AASSP at the time of selection and throughout the year in which they are nominated.
  • Must have served as an assistant principal at middle level or high schools for three or more consecutive school years.
