Lightning in a Bottle (LiB) Respiratory Health & Dust Survey

This anonymous survey gathers data on respiratory wellness and potential Valley Fever (Coccidioidomycosis) exposure among Lightning in a Bottle (LiB) attendees and workers. Valley Fever is caused by inhaling microscopic fungal spores found in outdoor dirt and dust in parts of California. Your data helps improve dust mitigation and medical awareness for future events.
