Our goal is to move forward boldly to build A-WING into an organization that will represent women in all areas of aviation. Mission:
Our Mission includes recognizing current female professionals, leaders and executives doing extraordinary work, while hosting events and raising funds to bring focus on the next generation of women by sponsoring, facilitating and funding new job postings, promotions within, fellowships, internships and scholarships for women wishing to enter the business roles of aviation In doing so we hope to expand ladies opportunities, grow their presence, shrink gender diversity as well as pay, position and benefit gaps that still exist in our industry.
