By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

    - Display set-up from 1:00pm-3.00pm on day of event ONLY (no early setups allowed)
     - Take down of display is immediately at the end of the program (8:00pm) - you will have 30 minutes to complete take down
     - No items for sale allowed
     - No speakers or audio equipment allowed
     - Due to health regulations, no home-made food is allowed to be handed out. The only food products allowed are prepackaged food items.
     - All drinks provided must be in disposable cups . You must bring your own paper products.
     - Personal items must be stored under your table ONLY
     - You are responsible for communicating this information to ALL members of your group and ensuring that they all comply.
     - Members who do not comply will be asked to leave the festival and the group may not be permitted to participate in future festivals.

    Please Note:There will be no curtain behind your table to hang items
