Who are the rising stars in Bermuda’s risk transfer sector? Bermuda:Re+ILS is looking for the best and brightest up and comers in the re/insurance sector.
We are looking for young people who stand out for some or all of the following reasons: their technical knowledge, willingness to innovate, industry, empathy, ethics, teamwork and leadership. If there’s someone who works for you or with you who has these qualities and is destined to be a leader in the sector, we want to know about them. They should be at or under the age of 40 at the time they are nominated.
We also want to know how the Bermuda re/insurance is doing in recruiting and developing talent through the industry. Please take the time to answer our questions – the responses we get, the more insightful the results!
The Rising Stars feature and the findings of the talent survey will be published on the Bermuda:Re+ILS website in August and will also appear in a special magazine at the same time.
Closing date for responses is June 1, 2025.
