About the Use Case Collector

Welcome to UAI's Use Case Collector. This form is for collecting any use case you choose to submit to UAI's Use Case Collection. Any and all use cases are a valuable addition to our collection. This includes use cases deemed high value, use cases still in progress, and use cases that did not pan out as originally intended. 

Use cases submitted via the Use Case Collector will be uploaded to UAI Connect and hosted in our Use Case Collection library. The information in the Use Case Collection library will only be made available to UAI members.

The Use Case Collector is broken into two pages: page one contains required information and page two contains optional information. While not required, the additional information on page two will provide added context to the use case. Our goal is to make this process as simple as possible while collecting as much valuable insight as possible. We appreciate any additional information you can provide. 

We aim for page one to take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. We aim for page one and page two to take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. You must complete all of page one to submit the use case.
