Experience Survey on Gender-Based MicroAggressions

I am conducting this small research project to gather information on and expand my awareness of different people's experience with microaggressions based on gender/gender expression in professional and customer-service situations. I am curious about how people can be made more or less comfortable, feel more or less welcome, when doing business. The short-term goal is to write a piece about how businesses who consider themselves to be open and welcoming to people of all genders and gender expressions can check themselves to make sure that they are actually embodying that value in the day-to-day experience that they provide. In the bigger picture, I see this being valuable to me as a professor of communication studies, in my teaching and potentially in future writing. I am well aware of some experiences, but as a cis woman, I know that I can't possible see what people of other genders see. 

If you are willing to help me by sharing some of your experience, I'm very grateful. Please know that you can share or elaborate as much or as little as is comfortable for you -- each question has a comment field, which you may use if you choose. Also, I am aware that for a lot of folks, gender awareness and expression is a journey, so feel free to answer these questions based on experiences at any point in your personal history.
