The following survey will assist the Faith in Recovery Task Force with determining where Fayette County is in terms of readiness for the implementation of the Drug Free Communities Grant Program.  Your answers will inform the coalition's methods for addressing youth substance abuse in our communities.  Thanks in advance for your participation.
