AOHC Member Privacy Survey |
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for participating in our AOHC Member Privacy Survey. We are conducting it to help build a comprehensive picture of Members’ (CHCs, AHACs, NPLCs and CFHTs) privacy management programs, including:
• Capacity and resources available
• Common privacy solutions in place, and gaps
• Privacy risks and opportunities
The results will help us to:
- identify areas of need that Members and/ or the AOHC should or may wish to address; and
- manage risks and opportunities relating to IMS or other eHealth deployments.
The survey is not a compliance or readiness assessment, though you may choose to consider your results as such. Most of the questions relate to solutions organizations need in order to comply with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and Health Orders that Ontario's Information and Privacy Commissioner has made.
