Suppoya is proud to provide financial support for innovative projects, specialised equipment and services for people living with disability in the Bathurst, Lithgow and Oberon areas.

We would love to hear from individuals or organisations who are seeking funding for projects of any kind that enhance the lives of people with disabilities. Your funding proposal may be centred around the arts, sport, social activities or transport services for people with disabilities.

Suppoya Funding Guidelines
At Suppoya our funding opportunities support people with disabilities and are grounded in the lived experience and real needs of our clients. We know, that living with a disability has many challenges for people with a disability, their families and carers. Often their needs are not met by existing funding available through Government agencies such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Eligibility Criteria
Projects and supports funded by Suppoya must
1. Provide support to individuals under the age of 65 years who live with a disability. Applications may be from individuals or organisations.
2. Enhance and improve the lives of people living with a disability and their families and carers.
3. Provide support to people with disabilities living in the Bathurst, Lithgow or Oberon areas
4. Not be funded from any other source including the NDIS, Centrelink, Medicare or Department of Education. Applications for supports that are eligible for funding under the NDIS or any other Government agency will not be considered.
5. Demonstrate an innovative approach to meeting an unmet need or realising an opportunity to enhance the lives of people with disabilities
All five criteria must be met to be eligible for funding from Suppoya
