2021 WDVC Postcard Survey

The Wisconsin Disability Vote Coalition (WDVC) is a non-partisan effort to increase participation in the electoral process of voters with disabilities, including registering to vote, casting a vote, and accessing polling places.

We invite you to help increase participation of voters with disabilities. Complete this survey to receive free Disability Vote Coalition postcards to share at community events, include on your resource table, distribute to clients, or send to your mailing list. The postcards include dates for the 2021 elections, information about voter registration and Photo ID requirements, and where to call for help.

You are also invited to be listed as a “supporting member” of the Wisconsin Disability Vote Coalition. We would be honored to list you as a supporter.
