Youth & Junior State Team Coach EOI
Thank you for your interest in the Victorian State Indoor Programs.
This Expression of Interest is for a coaching position in the program as whole, this survey will ask for your preferences and they will be taken into consideration by the Coaches Committee when offering positions.
This survey includes the Youth (U14-U18) and Junior (U19 & U23) programs.
The Australian Youth Volleyball Championships (AYVC) are held in Bendigo, Victoria, September 17-22, 2023.
Youth trials will run over 4 Sundays: May 14, 21, 28 & June 24.
Training will run weekly through to the weekend before departure for AYVC.
Squads will be selected from the trialling athletes, squads will then train together for 3 session before teams and Shadow athletes are selected.
The Australian Junior Volleyball Championships (AJVC) are held in Sydney, NSW, July 7-9.
Junior trials will run over 2 Sundays: April 30 & May 7.
Training will run weekly through to the weekend before departure for AJVC.
All appointed coaches will meet with the High Performance Manager via video meeting prior to trials.

Notes
- All State Team Appointed Coaches are required to hold a minimum Level 2 Coaching Accreditation or be willing to obtain it prior to the championships.
- All State Team Appointed Coaches are required attend all trial sessions.
- All State Team Appointed Coaches are required hold a current Working With Children’s Check.
- All State Team Appointed Coaches may be required to complete additional training such as Child Safety.
