CaLD group feedback

The Drug and Alcohol Youth Service (DAYS) is interested in improving how we support people identifying as being Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD). While the definition of CaLD is broad, we are most interested in hearing from people who do not feel that "Anglo-Australian" fully represents their cultural and/or language community identity.

Answering the following questions will assist DAYS in understanding how we may improve and better meet the needs of potential clients from CaLD backgrounds. Please answer as many or as few questions as you'd like. If you begin the survey and then decide you no longer wish to participate then simply exit your internet browser.

 

If you are not a current or past client of DAYS, please use your experience of engaging with other services to inform your responses. 

 

Your responses will be stored anonymously on the Survey Monkey server and then transferred to DAYS computer servers when the survey is completed. At this point the data will be deleted off the Survey Monkey website.
