Líl̓wat Nation Youth Strategic Plan Survey

Líl̓wat Nation is creating a strategic plan for the Youth Department. We have developed this survey to ensure that your voice is heard in this strategic plan. 
 
The survey deadline is February 28th, 2022. Submissions entered after this deadline will not be considered for the prize draw. 
 
Prizes for this survey will be randomly drawn:
  • 1st prize: $200 Amazon Gift Card 
  • 2nd prize: $100 Amazon Gift Card 
  • 3rd prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card 
There will be added randomly drawn prizes IF we reach our completed surveys targets: 
  • 50 completed surveys: Family and/or Friends Night Out in Whistler @ SLCC 
  • 75 completed surveys: Family and/or Friends Night Out in Squamish @ the Sea to Sky Gondola 
  • 100 completed surveys: Family and/or Friends Night Out in Vancouver @ Winner's Choice*
*Winner's choice includes the following options: Park Royal Cineplex Movie and a Dinner; Science World; or the Vancouver Aquarium 

Family and/or Friends Night Out covers a maximum of 4 people. Transportation is not provided; instead, you will be supplied with Líl̓wat Retail Gift Cards to gas up at the Líl̓wat Gas Station. You will then be provided with Gift Cards for your Family and/or Friends Night Out activity.
