Welcome.
This survey explores how working caregivers balance their jobs, parenting, daily responsibilities, and support. The information gathered will be used to better understand the experiences of working parents and may inform future support options, educational resources, and related writing projects.
Participation Criteria:
- currently working (or worked within the last six months)
- serve in a primary parent capacity to child/ren under 18 still living in the home (e.g. single or partnered parent, grandparent or close family member in child caregiving role, adoptive or foster parent)
- you are at least 18 years old
Some questions ask about energy, responsibility, and how you make sense of the demands you’re carrying. Others ask about support and what makes it easier—or harder—to access help.
The survey takes about 8–10 minutes. Your responses are anonymous, and participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any question or stop at any time. The study is designed to be respectful and reflective of the complexity of modern working parenthood.
There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is simply to better understand real experiences across different kinds of families.
