* 2. Superhero Summer Partners commit to a minimum pledge of $1,000 to the Child Abuse Network in exchange for Superhero Summer sponsorship marketing benefits. I certify by submitting this form that I am authorized to make this pledge on behalf of the company noted above. I pledge a minimum donation of $1,000 payable to the Child Abuse Network for the Superhero Summer fundraising campaign.

Cash and/or check donations can be turned in at CAN's 28th and Sheridan office or mailed to 2829 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK 74129. Donations can also be made online at www.childabusenetwork.org (or superherosummer.org).
