About the management plan and opportunity to comment here

The Parks and Wildlife Service at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) is preparing a draft management plan for the proposed Greater Bunbury regional parks. The draft plan is expected to be completed around the end of 2019, at which point it will be formally released for public comment by the Minister for Environment in accordance with the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984.

During preparation of the draft management plan, DBCA’s Parks and Wildlife Service will be liaising with local government authorities, other land managers and the regional parks community advisory committee to develop proposed management arrangements for protecting the natural and cultural values of the parks while providing continued opportunities for sustainable recreational, tourism, commercial and resource uses.

Please use this form to have your say on the values, issues and management of the Greater Bunbury regional parks.
