The Purrfect Cat Sitter for this role will provide an outstanding customer experience for both the cats in our care and their humans!

Notes about this role:

DBS Certificate required and essential

You will be working with cats of different characters and life experiences and you are competent in handling nervous and anxious cats. You understand how their emotions and health manifest into different behaviours and you are able to recognise when a cat is becoming unwell and take prompt action. You have experience with cats, ideally previous experience working with cats. You may possess an animal care or behaviour related qualification and you may have experience and competency in administering oral medication to cats.

You are passionate about the welfare of animals and feel genuine love and compassion towards them. You have meticulous attention to detail and apply this when following cat care plans that have been created with the cats' owners.

You are a person of high moral standards and you recognise the responsibility you have in carrying the keys to customers' homes. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and are available to work most holidays including school holidays, and Bank Holidays. You are reliable, punctual, organised, patient, friendly and professional.

Driving is essential for this role.
