INTRODUCTION
Counties and Alternative Payment Programs, please use this form on a monthly basis to report non-operational days used by CalWORKs Stage One and Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Foster Children (Bridge Program) child care providers and the costs associated with these days.
Pursuant to AB 185, child care providers reimbursed through CalWORKs Stage One Child Care and the Bridge Program are eligible for 16 paid non-operational days due to a closure related to COVID-19 from September 27, 2022, through June 30, 2023. Please use this form to report non-operational days on a monthly basis (even if you have zero non-operational days to report).
