You will see three sets of questions covering Consulting, Diagnostics, and Design. Each set will contain several rows of questions, asking you to rate the level of experience/expertise you possess for each. Please select the appropriate column for that row, corresponding to your knowledge and skills. There will be 21 questions in total. The assessment should take you 5-10 minutes.

At the end, you will receive an informal report showing how others have responded to this survey. Our team will be conducting a more formal benchmarking project beginning in Spring 2016. If you would like to take part, please contact us.
