Leadership Aspire is the newest program offered by Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC) based on a community needs assessment conducted in December 2015.  The Program was initially created to offer leadership training for up-and-coming leaders, and to create a pipeline for leaders in the community. 
Leadership Aspire consists of quarterly 4-hour workshops presented on themes including behaviors of a leader, strategic planning, managing change, and leadership competencies.  The workshops focus on leadership training and include aspects for the individuals and teams.    
 
In the seven years since Leadership A spire’s creation, the community has changed, leaders have changed and what we want and how we want to get it has changed.  It is time to reassess the program to ensure it is meeting these changes and addressing current needs.
You are encouraged to complete the 12-question survey to help LPBC evaluate the Leadership Aspire Program.  Our goal is to make sure the program remains relevant and remains a successful complement to the LPBC’s mission to educate and unite leaders.
