Large development parcel, measuring 27,000-square-feet, goes up for sale in Gladstone Park at Milwaukee & Medina avenues. Chase Bank plans to sell the parking lot once the new bank building and drive-through to the south are completed. The site’s B3-1 is for low density, meaning that any residential proposal for the site likely would require a zoning change.
