Warrnambool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from mobile food vendors offering dessert foods for an upcoming public event to be held on Friday 18 December 2026 at the Civic Green.
We’re looking for operators to deliver a variety of desserts options (sweet and savoury) as a post dinner treat as well as non-alcoholic drink options to cater to event attendees from 6pm to 9pm.

Vendors are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Hold Public Liability Insurance – minimum $20 million
  • Be registered with FoodTrader
  • Have a portable food van, truck or marquee
  • No single use plastic or utensils, no glass (cans or recycle plastic only)

Please note Warrnambool businesses will recieve application priority.
