Community Survey - Santa Clara County EMS Agency

Santa Clara County is reviewing its Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system to ensure high-quality, equitable, and sustainable care for everyone who lives, works, and visits here. The County has partnered with AP Triton, an independent consulting firm specializing in EMS system design and analysis, to lead this study.

This brief survey invites residents to share their experiences and opinions about EMS services, such as ambulance response, emergency care, and access in both urban and rural areas. Your feedback will help shape recommendations to strengthen the EMS system for the future.
