Introduction
With the Australian Government’s new child care system (also known as the Jobs for Families package) expected to commence in July 2018, the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) is seeking your views on the type of educational resources, training and ongoing assistance that you feel would most adequately meet your needs in the lead up to the new regime being implemented.
The new Child Care Subsidy (CCS) system will include new processes and a new IT system, through which all subsidy-related transactions with government are expected to be run.
The following survey seeks your valuable feedback on the level of support you would like to see in place.
